I use other Vega products as well. I like that they are plant-based, but regarding this item, although I think the ingredients are good, the contents seem to get damp easily and all solidify, making it impossible to scoop.
There were many clumps and it seemed damp from the moment I opened it. When I checked with the company, they said this is the normal quality. As for the effects, since each serving contains 200mg of caffeine, I felt a good effect.
It was hard and difficult to dissolve. I couldn't take it, so I couldn't tell if it's effective.
I like how it starts to tingle right after I drink it, making me feel like it's working. It makes me feel energized.
You get a decent amount for the price, and the quality holds up. Would recommend if you’re looking for something budget-friendly.
