I've had this bottle for a year now because I take it on and off to help regulate my cycle and take the edge off the uterine pain I have from scarring. It definitely works, one per dose is usually enough for me rather than the 2 suggested. I feel calmer when I'm taking it daily too. It still smells fresh and and has minimal ingredients in it so it's a very solid product to use. Will buy again in the future.

I took off one star as I think it can mess with someone if they are taking birth control/hormone therapy. Be cautious! Otherwise, I think it does what it's supposed to do. However, I experienced breast pain and had to stop it. I do take birth control, so this was my mistake.
