These have a terrible taste and smell. Not sure if they are helpful or not. I havent noticed any benefits as I have with other mushroom powder. Will not be purchasing this product a 2nd time. Especially for the price

This seems like a quality product but I’m put off by the fact it settles after you stir it in, so you end up with a mouthful of grainy mushroom at the end.
As soon as I took this-a small tsp, I felt a difference in terms of energy and ability to relax,yet stay focused. I tried it,after having a disagreement with a friend that made me feel quite angry and stressed after. Within about half hour, I was able to feel calm and centered and let go. I'm mixing it with chicory coffee,regular coffee and matcha,whatever I've on hand. You can add to a blender with some hot water/milk of your choice,mct oil/coconut oil and coffee alternative,coffee,matcha,turmeric powder or any other energizing powder blend of choice.Great for immunity,stress,energy boost/focus,etc. The quality is great and I find the taste quite mild,so it blends well with most powders-matcha,turmeric,maca,ashwaghanda,coffee,etc.
This is an everyday immunity supplement for me. Very nice superfood with a little mushroom taste in my tea. Good ample size. I appreciate thee high quality.
So far I don't feel any special excitement or any change. The taste of the reishi is a bit strong, which should be taken into account by those who are sensitive.
