I bought Cheonnokjeong before, and this one is easier to eat than the sticky type, so I tend to reach for it more often. The taste is slightly sweet, perhaps because it fills my stomach, and it's easy to consume without feeling any resistance, and it's also good for portability.

I've been using Cheong Kwan Jang tablets, the regular stick version, powder type, candy, and jelly type for a long time, but this was the first time I'd seen it. I was looking for Rokujo and this came up and I bought it. I haven't tried it yet, but my family has tried it and it's been well received. They say it helps with fatigue.
