The taste is not too bad. I do think they help with cravings if you take them midday or at some point BEFORE you would normally have the urge to snack. I like to have two gummies and then drink a hot tea-like the Tazo Lemon Loaf tea. Kicks my cravings every time before they get out of hand! Try them!
I tried this product, sometimes one gummy at a time, sometimes 2, and never really felt an effect on my appetite. The taste is pretty nice, but I bought it for a sense of fullness and appetite control, which o didn't feel after a couple of weeks of use

Very effective for me during my food cravings. I loved the natural ingredients, for I didn't experience any harm side effects for my heart ailment. And the taste is so good, I would love to eat them all (if I can, but unfortunately it says only 2gummies per day) All in all I loved it. It helps me with my fasting. I will surely buy it again.
