I like this beet root supplement and all the health benefits I feel that it has helped me improve with my weight training exercises and my energy levels have improved I like that it is an antioxidant it helps with my digestion the taste is not bad there is no after taste the pills are a good size for easy swallowing
I’m looking to mix this quality supplement with ginger and hibiscus for a potent antioxidant ingredient potion! I love that there’s also grape seed. A health superfood indeed. Very important that it’s organic too! I look forward to see the improvement. It’s not too tasteful though.
This is One Superfood Antioxidant Package Product I cannot Do Without for improvement on my health at 50ish age. The benefit is to control my moderste BP & frequent Cycling. My diet usually is void of beetroot as it is not a main staple in Singapore. The taste is well tastless & the Quality at 800mg with a mix of ginger and grape seed as an add-on Ingredient is nice to have.
This supplement has no flavor of beet flavor but is packed with the same benefits. I was taking it for gestational hypertension and I can say that it lowered it to within normal range in a month. The quality of ForestLeaf supplements is exceptional. Excellent value and benefits!
bought this product after comparing it to others and reading reviews about quality and ingredients. I thought this one was the best of them all, comparing the dosage and the size (how many capsules per bottle). I started taking it a week ago, and I definitely have better energy. I've been using beet root a few years now - offerings to the health of my blood. I discovered Forest Leaf beet root that adds ginger and grape seed which I hope adds to the efficacy of the beet root.

Good supplement, fresh. Beets are a great superfood especially for blood pressure and heart health. Caps are easy to swallow and convenient. I was using beet powder but I was not very consistent with it, these capsules are easy to take daily. I am on my second bottle and plan to keep taking these.
