I have been having joint pain for years and the physicians I have seen can't give me a definitive diagnosis. I believe it will have great benefits with the added Ceylon cinnamon , bitter melon and gymnema. the taste is wrapped in the capsule . great buy. I bought it to help with my food noises, my blood sugar has always been good. so far, I have had lessened food noises for snacking

I love this brand and I am very happy with their products. This one is no exception. I have been using this for a couple of months and I feel that it really helps to benefit balancing my blood sugar balance and weight management. It also has some other great supplements added to it as well...cinnamon, bitter melon, and Gymnema. It is non-GMO, lab tested, and dairy, gluten, and nut free.
