No sweeteners, still easy to drink with an okay taste. I hear the water a little bit in the micro before adding it. I think it makes it mix more easily. I just use a jam glass and shake it well.

I'm adding this protein to my child with ASD's diet. He likes it and asks for it. It's too sweet for me, although I could dilute it with some milk, for example. It's a reliable manufacturer, but it's a bit pricey, of course.
