I usually drink one cup after training, and I've noticed a slight improvement in recovery speed; my muscle soreness is less the next day. It's also quite filling; one cup keeps me full for a while when I don't have time for breakfast. The packaging is airtight, and the scoop is easy to find, preventing powder from getting everywhere. The only minor drawback is a slight powdery smell after opening, but this is common with most protein powders and doesn't significantly affect its use. Overall, this protein powder offers great value for money; it dissolves well, tastes smooth, and is easy to drink, making it suitable for daily protein supplementation or post-workout recovery. I personally think I would repurchase it.

However, the chocolate flavor has a very strong, artificial taste, so I think it might be off-putting for those with sensitive stomachs. Quality, good ingredients and taste. Good manufacturer, GMP certificate. Most importantly, there are no artificial sweeteners. I use it before or after strength training and TRX. A supplement that can be recommended!

The flavor isn't entirely natural and doesn't perfectly replicate the taste of real chocolate, but it's similar and acceptable. Don't expect it to taste exactly like a chocolate beverage. It doesn't dissolve easily and is easily digested; the effects are still being observed.
