This is an excellent, high quality probiotic. It hasn’t bothered my stomach, and has definitely helped with digestion. I appreciate the 100 million AFU in this and that it contains both probiotic and prebiotic ingredients. It’s easy to swallow and use. I’d recommend using this and I’ll continue to myself.
For someone who has dealt with a very touch digestive system, I have found that I need to take a probiotic that is not your typical "acidolpholus" type strain. I am amazingly stable when I am taking this supplement and it really makes my life easier.

This is a great product that starts working in your gut immediately. You may feel some discomfort at times, but that’s just your body using this supplement to clean up the gut. There are no extreme reactions with this supplement, and if you have any, that’s just your body getting the bad stuff out, or the supplement might be too intense on your stomach, and you should take half a capsule. Overall, I recommend this product.
