This is a great brine for chicken or any poultry! Makes meat tender, juicy, and flavorful.

I love this manufacturer's hamburger seasoning, so I bought their rotisserie chicken seasoning as I expected it to be delicious. As expected, it cooked easily and tasted great. I use it in small amounts with chicken breast, thighs, and drumsticks instead of a whole chicken, so it's cost-effective.

It comes with one large zip-top bag and a packet of spices. It's supposed to be for one serving, but I rub a little at a time into chicken breast before grilling.
