I mix this pre-workout hydration powder with cold water before heading to the gym. The fruit fusion flavor is refreshing without being too sweet, and it blends quickly with just a few shakes. The scoop was easy to find, and the powder looked fresh when I opened the container.
I don't know how this got on the market, I've never had anything this bad in my life. I could drink half of it during the whole workout, in small sips. It's so sour that it takes half a minute for my face and mouth muscles to recover after each sip . it's probably going to go in the trash because I don't torture myself with it before and during every workout
