Good dosage and size but not a fan of the taste at all. I know shilajit has many benefits but just wasn’t a big fan of the taste. The ingredients could have masked the taste would have been better. Plus I notice the honey crystallized when kept at room temperature. I prefer the orange flavored gummies.
