I have a feeling that it works ! It helps me get rid of a pain that I always have in my shoulder . Taste is quiet strong I mix it with lemon juice , and honey and ginger
I don't like the fact it is in plastic but it's a good product
It has a very nasty almost chemical taste to it. Cramps in the stomach no matter how how it all I’m taking same for my sister
It’s supposed to be taken as supplement but it’s so tasty that I sprinkle it on cheese ( vegan in my case but it’s great for dairy as well). Too bad it’s in plastic rather than glass, but at least it’s dark bottle.
