I use it regularly and will definitely order again. I was previously using 10mg, also from Natrol. I wanted to reduce and this combination seems to be a great formula.
They help you fall asleep, but they don't last long and won't save you from waking up at night if that's the problem.
I always keep a bottle at home; I take one when I can't sleep. The ingredients are quite comprehensive, so it should be helpful.
