Always like to try Dr. Murray's products. Not really sure about this one yet. Good ingredients but not sure my body needs it ...or likes it yet.
"For me, this is a real find. Instead of chia seeds and other products with fiber that turn everything into gel or jelly, this powder can be added to anything - even a regular glass of water or coffee - and it has no taste at all. I eat a lot of protein, so I also need a lot of fiber, and this stuff solves the problem. I take about 30% more than the recommended serving and it’s been totally fine. I’m already on my third pack :)
I’m not particularly impressed by this product, it does not really do much for me nor has it helped with regularity and things. It has a nice taste though and you can pretty much add it to everything.
Goo price. Doesn’t say whether it’s organic so I assume it’s not. Dissolves easily. Has a slight taste so not as good as inulin or acacia for blending into coffee.
Great quality and I’m surprised at the size of the bag, it’s hard to stay on top of fiber intake so this supplement makes life a lot easier. Doesn’t really taste much like anything and you can put it in your smoothies and protein powders if you want
Love this fibre source that is convenient to use and dissolves very easily. I use it in my homemade protein bars to increase the fibre and it is perfect. No weird or noticeable taste or anything. Really a good high-quality, clean-ingredient, pure product and the size is good too.
According to what Dr. Murray writes about this product, it sounds wonderful. Hopefully will help me with fiber and digestion. Many other fiber products have made me bloat and too much gass. That will difinitely benefit my gut and the microbiome.
I believe the quality of this product is excellent. After using it for 3-4 days, elimination became easier and regular. It is part of my morning routine to increase the health of my gut and it is working well. I like the fact that it has a single ingredient of Tapioca soluble fiber and that makes it a clean addition for me.
This is a large bag and a great value if you want to add some prebiotic fiber to your diet. This product helps keep you fuller longer, so if you look for natural ways to supress appetite, this product is great! Add into yogurt, smoothies, or oatmeal for an easy way to up your fiber intake.
No taste, easy to use and i hope it helps since im also using probiotics and this one is good to combine with ! Hope to restore microbiome asap
