I love that it does not have added sugars and even more grateful that KALS does not add in fake sweeteners. Just plain almost no flavor and wonderful settling in for the evening. Does what magnesium is supposed to do!

Quality product. Dissolves in water except for citric acid where it didn’t blend in that well. Maybe I’m too impatient in blending. Still happy with product will buy again cause it has the least amount of other ingredients compared to others on the market.
i really like powder magnesium rather than capsule, i feel that powder works faster.

Love this product! I used it and found my sleep at night to be much better quality. It’s easy to use and doesn’t have a very strong acidic taste. I able to mix it with other drinks and consume it easily. Will continue to buy for sure.
