I have used Celtic Sea Salt for two years, finally got to try this when you got it in, used alternately with the Celtic during a water fast. This is much saltier than the Celtic, I’m still trying to get used to it. It’s whiter also. I’m more comfortable with the Celtic overall. This seems more refined potentially, I like the more rustic “dirty wet” salt in the coarse grains from Celtic.

The taste is good, but I’m not very happy with the texture. The salt crystals are larger than regular table salt but smaller than coarse salt. Unfortunately, they don’t work well in a salt mill because they get stuck and clog the grinder. I would prefer the crystals to be properly coarse so they can be used in a mill.

BAHA GOLD is the only sea salt I use, it’s the only sea salt that contains essential nutrients.

I buy only because read good reviews of this salt. taste similar how simple one, but I believe quality of this salt. for daily use, good ingredient, good size package, good benefits, I would say it would be nice first try smaller size

Great for flavor and as a higher-quality salt, but I’d still rely on dedicated supplements for serious mineral support.
