I love metagenics quality. Ive tried this product before for knee pain and I wanted my husband to try it for his back. The 14 gels is a small size bottle but its good if you want to try the product out first. Would recommend.

This is a very expensive product. I have been taking it daily and am not sure if it is helping me or not. Not sure whether to buy another bottle to see if it helps with pain.
