Decent minerals pack. It contains insufficient Calcium (only 2% Daily Value), Magnesium (only 50% DV) and Potassium (only 2% DV) - but for the rest its a pretty decently balanced minerals mixture with %DV>=100%. It contains 30 servings = mineral supplements for 30 days using the recommended dosage, which means it is priced at ~ 0.85 Euro/serving - and that puts this minerals pack on the expensive side. European multimineral alternatives can be found at lower prices = ~2...3 times cheaper, that have the same minerals content, but also Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium way closer to 100% DV.

The composition of this KAL mineral complex is excellent and perfectly meets my needs. It's still a bit early for me to give a definitive opinion on its overall effectiveness, but the product seems to be of high quality. However, I don't find the mandarin flavor very appealing and it's hard to get used to. We'll see how it goes in the long run!
