C4 / Cellucor, C4® Sport, Pre-Workout is if excellent quality and composition. It provides smooth energy and muscle pump and endurance for 1 hour workouts. Taste is great and it mixes easily in cold water.
I love the jolly rancher apple flavor one the best flavors even tho I technically can verison this good for preworkout during my non work days & just for a light workout seshs I wish dosage more higher tho

The Jolly Rancher Green Apple flavor tastes really good and is easy to drink before training. It mixes well and feels smooth without being too heavy. A nice pre-workout option for my routine.
I bought this because even half a dose of the original C4 made my stomach upset. I also liked the previous model, C4 Sport, and it didn't cause any stomach upset, and this one is the same. The flavor is green apple, and it has a natural sweetness that isn't cloying. With the original C4, even half a dose, I don't know if it's because of the high amount of artificial sweeteners or if it irritates my intestines, but it felt like it upset my stomach, made my intestines bloated, and I was always worried about having an upset stomach the next day. I think this is probably due to the citrulline and arginine, but C4 Sport doesn't have those. C4 Sport also doesn't have an excitatory effect, so it doesn't unnaturally activate the sympathetic nervous system. If you want to pump up and get your body pumped up in a short time, go for the original, but if you want to exercise smoothly for a long time, go for the Sport. There are no unnatural sensations or fatigue after the effects wear off, so it's easy to drink, like drinking Red Bull or Monster Energy, which is a good point. That said, if you're planning to drink it as an energy drink substitute, energy drinks are cheaper, so this is a good product for people who need the electrolytes, beta-alanine, and creatine it contains.
