The packaging quality is good and the taste is nice, but personally, I find the watermelon flavor much tastier. It provides a good energy boost during workouts. The dosage can vary from person to person, but generally, one scoop is sufficient. You might find other products with more benefits, but for the price, this one offers good value

I love the C4 original line. I’ve tried the sports line before but still prefer the original. I’ve also tried a few flavours but love the blue raspberry. It isn’t too sweet and tastes refreshing. I usually mix in my L-carnitine as well in my prework out drink. Quality is superb. No jittery feels. I take this about 20-30mins before my workouts. I will definitely be ordering this for the foreseeable future!
