I chose this because of the high concentration. I've seen studies that use dosages of 500 mg 3 times a day, so I tried to reproduce that while also dieting and exercising. I don't think this supplement had any noticeable effect on my weight loss. I wasn't expecting anything drastic, but still something. I just used one bottle, maybe I should've tried for longer, but I just don't think it's worth it. I'll just go ahead with only calorie restriction and exercise.

I am a weightlifting coach. I have an athlete for whom I always bought the product to use- two months before a competition. In the competition the results were excellent including the preparation. I can't say it's 100% related to it but we did a forskolin cycle in 3 competitions and they were always good. I'm also currently using it to slightly increase testosterone and tone up.
