This product is awesome. Ingredients are high quality and its a great source of protein, great for active people and it helps a lot for muscle growth and recovery and energy level. Size of capsules is pretty big and it should be swollen slowly.

The only issue I have with the tablets is that they are very large and hard to swallow. After many times the tablets got stuck in my throat I decided to turn them to dust with my mortar and pestle and then put the dust in a bit of water and then drink it. Work rather well.
