Good quality and pill size, i split dosage and use it 2x per day

Change to this brand as it has a higher dosage of berberine and it is cheaper too.

I think this berberine is reasonable as much as Natural Factors’ one. However, if the discount applies, I would choose the one that i used to take

I didn't notice any discomfort for this one, i think the ingredients are balanced, i dont know if cinnamon has any real benefit though

Good quality berberine. I like the basics. I've been using berberine since 2023. to keep my hgba1c and bs controlled. Lost 50 lbs too but was probably intermittent fasting with BS control.

I always review all the ingredients in a product before buying, and this one has quality ingredients. Good amount price per pill (medium sized capsule) and it's easy to take.

We use Berberine for decrease the glicemic level in our bodies. This kind of Berberine has cinammon and the good kind too. It will certainly help! Update: The pills are of normal size, not too hard to swallow, didn't have a taste, and I saw that the good effect on my digestion was rapid. So I think I'll continue to use this kind of Berberine.
