I use this for recovery between training sessions. It has a faint apple flavor, but it's quite sweet. I have a sweet tooth, so it doesn't bother me, but it's something that might not appeal to everyone. It might taste even better mixed with sparkling water.
The quality and ingredients are good, the size is good, and the packaging is practical. Unfortunately, the taste isn't sour apple. It's drinkable, but I didn't like it.
