The doctor prescribed this for my 7-year-old son. Dosage: 1 capsule in the evening, 2-3 hours before bedtime. The quality and ingredients are excellent. The capsules are a bit large, so I open them and give them with water. Benefits: mental clarity, emotional calm, restful sleep. The ingredients are well-balanced. The taste is neutral. The packaging is excellent; it arrived well-packed. I recommend it.
