It contains a variety of good ingredients, so I took it as a go-to supplement while dieting, since I wasn't really sure what I was lacking. I didn't experience any health problems even with dietary restrictions, and I think it was enough to supplement my vitamins and other nutrients. The tablets are a bit large and elongated, so women and children might find them off-putting. In that case, the manufacturer's mini multivitamin might be a better option; those are round tablets of a more standard size.
