This melatonin works fast, in about 15 minutes. The cherry taste is strong but it's not too bad. I'd buy these again as my go-to Melatonin.

I use a variety of melatonins and this one is for those nights when you need something extra to fall asleep and stay asleep, given the higher dosage. It works fast, dissolves easily and tastes very nice. Because you don't swallow it, it's an easy tablet to take for people with swallowing problems.

I use other supplements from 21st Century and have had good results. I usually purchase another brand of 12 mg melatonin. I saw that 21st Century was now offering it, the price was comparable, and decided to try it. I have been using it for several weeks now, as to give it a fair chance, but unfortunately, it is not performing as well as other brands. The tablets are thicker than other brands, and makes me wonder how many fillers have been added. Also, I find that the tablets seem to leave some sort of coating on my tongue after dissolving. All of that being said, this is just my personal experience with this product. 21st Century is a reputable brand, but I probably won't be repurchasing the melatonin.
