Now, this is magic. Some days I feel real low and don't want to meet people or talk to anyone. I don't really know why or how, but after taking two of these, I soon get over that, and my body/mind starts to work again and be positive. Now if I'm already in a good mood and can cope with the day they have no effect and could almost have the opposite effect if taken several days in a row when I don't really need them. So I've found that I stop taking them when I have a good day and just wait for a bad day to arrive before using them again. So this is a quality product, I use a dosage of two pills and it takes about 30 minutes before I benefit. The pills are regular same size as most pills, you don't taste, them. Just swallow them. I've tried using only Dopa Mucuna, but that is nowhere near having the same effect as this.

I didn't feel anything, it wasn't bad or good after eating it.
