I bought this for my Fiancée in the Phillipines. I was able to convince her to switch eating habits to include ditching rice and other foods heavy in carbs and sugar. This product was purchased to act as a way to reset the gut so the benefits of the new eating habits could quickly take effect. After only a few days my Fiancée could feel a difference. She didn't necessarily have gut problems, but could feel a big difference after one week. There was a feeling of well being already. If I could give this product a million stars I would! This is the best probiotic, prebiotic I have ever purchased , it’s quite expensive but worth it if you are having stomach problems . I was having some serious digestion & stomach issues , I had tried different probiotics, they would help a bit but no comparison to this one . I had to fast and take it in the morning together with enzymes and at night before going to bed . I’m giving it a 5 because it really works. drinking it doesn’t taste bad to me .

I have used so many different probiotics in my life and never seem to notice a difference or they cause my stomach to hurt. This one is so unique. It almost tastes like kombucha? It's so weird but in a good way. I swish it around my mouth like it says to before swallowing. I have had zero issues with it bothering my stomach! It actually seems to help too. My gut has been feeling better and I have noticed a difference in the BM aspects. This has become my new favorite probiotic for my digestion. It seems like it is great quality and I highly recommend it! I also love that it has CLEAN ingredients!!!

Gut health is so important and this is an easy addition! I dont love the taste but so easy and not a big deal! Worth it!
