Calcium Citrate & Magnesium, 180 Caplets

Maintain strong bones with this easily-absorbed form of calcium. For anyone who takes heartburn medication or has digestive issues, calcium citrate is often the better choice since stomach acid isn't required for absorption. Calcium citrate is safe for most people when not taken in excess of 2500 milligrams per day.

With this product I can reduce a total of 11 capsules and tablets to 5. It's one of the few calcium/magnesium products without Vitamin D3. Most calcium/magnesium products have large doses of Vitamin D3. My doctor is not a fan of large doses of Vitamin D3 saying it pushes calcium into the cells and can cause arthritis.

Thank you for adding this product to your line. I have been buying it locally. The calcium is 100% citrate, and the dosage is perfect for taking twice daily. I understand the body can only absorb about 600 mgs within a few hours time, so taking 2 in the am and 2 in the pm works beautifully. I haven't found another product with this combination of dosage and citrate.

Recommend this brand and product. I've been taking it for years and have no side effects. As with all calcium tablets, the tablets are large, so I find it easier to take them when drinking a smoothie or juice.

First time trying this calcium citrate. We don’t know the results yet but hope it can boost up the calcium level. The only drawback is the size of the pills.
