The BPN mango gels are delicious and go down easy with our without fluids- a bonus that they have 110 mg of sodium! The consistency and texture of the gel isn't too thick so it doesn't stay in your mouth. I highly recommend this gel!
Been taking this gel for nearly 2 years now, sits well with my gut and I like that it that it can be opened easily on runs. This is great for long runs and hybrid events. Taste great and just the right size. Quality is awesome!
I’ve been using these gels for my last few races and during training. They taste good, similar to very sweet apple sauce (similar texture too, a bit different from other gels). They have a strong flavour, so for longer efforts it’s best to mix in other flavours/brands for variety to avoid flavour fatigue. No GI discomfort experienced from these gels.
i use it for every run over 10 kilometers and i really feel the boost it gives every time. the taste is delicious too
great quality. these have become a staple for my long runs now. they go down so easy and ate not thick and goupy like so many other gels. no maltodextrin either so no stomach problems
