Organic Ground Guajillo Peppers, 16 oz (453 g)

My son likes Mexican style rice and this pepper works well in it. Also good on chicken. It is a bit spicy, but not overly so.

I trust Frontier for flavorful, fresh, organic spices and appreciate their glass bottles. I wanted to try the guallio chili pepper. The quajillo is milder, somewhat richer and piquant . Peppers are good additions to a healthy diet and can turn something ordinary into something extraordinary!

I have no issue with it. I'll use it for the "official" Texas Chilli recipe, which uses these besides ancho chillies.

This spice works really well in a steak or chicken rub.

Got this to add to my tamales and it was good. Gives it a little more extra flavor. I love that they even had this spice as I thought you can only buy the dried chilis.

So we tried this once, mixing it alone with white pasta sauce, we used 1 table spoon, the smell is really nice but we didn't notice the same effect on taste, not spicy aslo

This powder is so tasty but not too strong. It pairs great with any dishes, and you can mix it to sauces and stews as well to give them a spicy twist. You will need a container to keep it as the original package is not the most convenient to use.
