Since I'm not able to purchase Alani where I live in Japan, I decided to give this a try! It is good with regular water, but I prefer a little fizz. If you don't mind the hastle, you can get a sparkling water bottle, put the powder in a separate cup, pour some (it will fizz) sparkling water into that cup and mix. Then poor that mixture back into the sparkling water bottle slowly. Then you have a fun energy drink. It is a sweeter tasting drink.

Honestly, it's not that great. There are better products out there. The last time I bought this product, it was a waste of money.

Drinking one of these while exercising gives me energy, and the taste is also very good, it's fragrant.
