I take a full dropper at least once a day to start and gradually making my way to 3 times a day! I take it and then chase it with my favorite juice or drink to wash it down and done!! The effects are great because I have noticed a difference in my lungs. I used to have breathing problems when I would go to sleep where I couldn’t even lay flat on my back without my stomach starting to spazz out because I was having trouble breathing while I was starting to fall asleep. Ever since I started taking this, I haven’t had a single episode. I also have been taking tumeric(curcumin) with it so both are very anti-inflammatory. Thank you so much reishi tincture!!

Bought reishi to take during menopause because it's supposed to calm the nervous system and improve sleep. It's also supposed to block an enzyme responsible for hair loss during menopause. So far, I've only noticed positive effects. I liked that it's a liquid extract.

I can’t really explain the taste. It is awful and hard to describe and wash down with just water. I really wanted to like this but couldn’t get past the taste. It would need to be mixed with something strong for me to try it again. I will not be trying this mushroom extract again unfortunately. I didn’t experience any benefits while taking this.

This is a really high-quality Reishi extract and I like that it's alcohol-free. It has a very earthy, natural taste that isn't unpleasant at all, and it feels much more concentrated than some of the other liquid brands I've tried. I just add a dropper full to my tea or water and it's super easy to take. It feels like a clean, well-made product, and I appreciate that they use the actual fruiting body of the mushroom for this extract.

The taste is a bit strange. It's meant to boost immunity, but unfortunately there's too little of it, so I can't see any effect. I won't buy it again.

I bought it on a recommendation from a friend I take it in the morning with a glass of water (mixed inside) It tastes so-so I haven't felt any change yet (I've been taking it for two days)
