Shake it in a cup/mug/glass with a tight cover if you don't want it to clump. (I use a coffee thermos or a mason jar.) It works great, and the only time I've had issues with it clumping was when I attempted to stir it in. I'm using it for mould detox and chronic inflammation; in three months, I'll know whether my mycotoxins levels have decreased! The pricing is reasonable, but it might be better. For years to come, I'll probably be putting this stuff on and off.

I’ve used this daily for 3 months, did a blood test but haven’t seen any changes on my markers. I haven’t noticed any difference in my symptoms or overall health either. Not going to repurchase it again.

It’s definitely a good quality with good ingredients. They did their test on this specific one. The main benefit I’m using it for inflammation as the study showed. The package is big and I like the taste, but put little water like quarter cup. Age wise, I don’t think it’s for kids, only for adults.
