It's true that beetroot doesn't taste like beets. It just colors all the baked goods a beautiful pink color. I bake a lot of all the special recipes with beetroot.

The color is very good, but it's more like a rose than red. I don't know if the problem is with the factory packaging or what.

It says red color. But i would say more pink than red. Dont feel any taste. Size of jar enough for couple times, as i used much more than in description written to try get red color. Overall by ingredient its good quality
