I have Hashimoto's hypothyroidism and constipation. My gut microbiota is also out of balance. I eat a very healthy diet but needed sokething to help me. I take it at night and really helps with being regular. Also, the fiber in it -pectin- is known to have a detoxificiation effect.

The quality is good. The powder is really fine. The ingredients is natural and it provides good amount of fibre. It is important to drink enough water with it.

I'm prone to loose stools. What I've found works is taking 3 or 4 apple pectin capsules when this problem arises, and this usually takes care of it. I like Nutricost Apple Pectin - the capsules size is easy to swallow.
