Methylated Multivitamin, 120 Capsules

I’m really glad I found this multivitamin— not only does it contain methylated nutrients (a necessity for me), but it has them in significant quantities. The RDA is abysmally low for a lot of vitamins, and I’m glad this has higher amounts (if it’s too much for some people, you can easily just take one capsule per day instead of two). I’m also glad it has enough trace minerals like iodine and zinc. I’m very pleased with the price as well. I tolerate this well with no ill side effects. I’ll be repurchasing for sure!!

The family does like this one & our food tracking app. says we hit our nutritional targets. Methylated is one of the better forms in terms of bioavailability, but haven't done any blood tests to verify for ourselves, yet.
