After mixing, it’s a good idea to consume it 5- 15 minutes before you’ll be eating a meal so it’ll have maximal effect (as I said in another review, it tastes a bit like oatmeal or cream of wheat, but not enough to want to put brown sugar and butter in it for taste). I trust the Nutricost brand, as I find their products are generally good value and quality.

The jar is large and well-packaged. The powder has a pleasant taste and no added flavorings. It's important to dilute it with plenty of water! I recommend it.
