It's a subtle but steady improvement. No stomach upset like some probiotics cause. Affordable and shelf-stable, which I love. I think it has helped prevent dairy products from causing me stomach upset. I understand that lactobacilli have that function. The bottle only contains one ingredient with no other additives, and there are enough for a month. The size is regular, like many capsules. The brand is high quality, and the package arrived in perfect condition.

New to this brand of probiotics but I appreciate the price and quality, especially considering the fact that these contain capsules that wlll resist stomach acid to get the probiotics where they need to do. I recommend and will repurchase. !

This is a great quality single probiotic strain supplement with clean ingredients — only inulin added as a prebiotic and no unnecessary extras. I open the capsule and mix the contents into natural goat yogurt or pre-cooled/lightly warm unsweetened oatmeal porridge as a “protective shield” on an empty stomach. It has a neutral taste and is very easy to use. After about 4 weeks of consistent use, I experienced less constipation. I appreciate the benefits for the gut microbiome, digestion motility, nutrients absorption, and immunity support. The convenient package size provides a 2-month supply. It doesn’t require refrigeration, though I store it sealed in the fridge. Overall, a clean and reliable mono-strain probiotic option.
