I’m new to this brand of probiotics but for the price I had to give it a try. I appreciate the price and that you get the capsules who withstand stomach acid and get the probiotics where they need to. I take 1 capsule twice daily in the morning and in the evening. I will say that these particular probiotics smell very similar to a very expensive brand Custom Probiotics that I used to pay a fortune for. I will repurchase and I recommend these.
