this is great, easy to swallow, made with D3, Zinc and Selenium, great for colds too, and in additions to Magnesium, and zinc, balances minerals -

I tried it and I have not noticed any benefit yet. Probably will not reorder.

Not only am i getting a great copper, but the good form of selenium too. Then you ad Zinc and vitamin D and you are guaranteed to get better sleep with these 4. I even use 4 tablets to get 12mg of copper for the melanocytes in hair. The skin gets a little darker copper glow too. Couldnt ask for more.
