I'm not a chemist, but there are much better forms of magnesium, and some are sold as oxides disguised as aspartate. I don't know if this is the same, but it doesn't dissolve even after stirring. There are crystals. I don't know how absorbable it is, but it's better to add more and buy glycinate because citrate causes diarrhea.
I didn't like the powder. It's very hard, and the grains don't dissolve. I don't know if it's digestible.

The powder is fine, making it easy to prepare without any complicated steps. It has a slightly mineral taste, but it's easier to drink after being added to beverages. It's convenient for supplementing magnesium, the dosage is easy to adjust, and overall, it's a good user experience.
Excellent magnesium at a very reasonable price. The packaging is a bit awkward; you have to practically stick your arm up to your elbow to fill the measuring spoon. The measuring spoon is inside. I don't try to dissolve it in water; I just pour it into my mouth and wash it down with water. The taste and smell are neutral. Incidentally, this is a chelated form of magnesium. After three weeks of taking it, I haven't noticed any significant relaxation in my foot cramps, but I do feel like I have more energy. In any case, magnesium is essential for our bodies.
Happy with the number of servings in the package. I cant really comment on how well it dissolves because I usually add it to yogurt but it doesn't have any taste to speak of which is nice. Im also glad that it doesn't have any unnecessary ingredients. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of the product
It's best not to try to dissolve magnesium in water, but simply sprinkle it on your tongue and wash it down with plenty of water.
