Virgin Coconut Oil, 180 Softgels (1,000 mg per Softgel)

I haven't tried it yet but I can say it helps with energy and brain • MCTs (medium chain fatty acids) in coconut oil are quickly absorbed by the body and serve as a readily available source of energy. • May support concentration, alertness, and cognitive function (some claim it's similar to a mild coffee effect). • MCTs quickly convert to ketones – an alternative energy source for the brain (especially for those on a low-carb diet).

I don't like to drink oil, so I tried coconut oil supplements. If you're used to taking supplements, this is easier.

High-quality virgin coconut oil, good ingredients, great iHerb products

fair price and they seem to be good quality. no taste whatsoever

I like the convenience of getting coconut oil in softgel form instead of having to deal with the oil itself. The 1,000 mg softgels are easy to store and take, and 180 capsules is a generous amount. Overall, a convenient format for anyone who prefers supplements in capsules.

I take these vitamins for my intestines, to improve their work a little and for my diet. The size is normal, the packaging is high-quality. I will take 3 vitamins a day before the trip. I was recommended these vitamins. I am satisfied with the quality and price. I bought 3 packs.

Got this on BOGO. Would repurchase this, I take coconut oil daily for brain health.

Is a high quality product made in the USA! Thet feature quality ingredient profiles and a huge selection of products

It's great to use with coffee in the morning and evening, although there are products that are superior and more expensive, of course.
