Being in a powder form is much more beneficial and absorbs into the system more quickly. Even though it is unflavoured the tast is refreshing and has a positive effect on my system. It is a bit tricky getting it out of the package as the scoop is small but once transferred to a glass container it was much more convenient.
Good for maintaining a calm nervous system and normal energy production. The taste is not great though; it is very bitter.

It's surprisingly difficult to find thiamine in powdered form, so I was glad to find this at an affordable price with nothing added. it is not a pleasant flavour, but it does the job!
