Benfotiamine, 30 Vegetarian Capsules (165 mg per Capsule)

This is the most metabolically active form of vitamin B1, it's suitable for vegetarians/vegans. It contains benfotiamine and sulbutiamine. Benfotiamine is a fat-soluble analog of vitamin B1. Sulbutiamine is a synthetic derivative form of thiamine (vitamin B1). I take 1 capsule per day with meals in the morning. The capsules are white in color, medium in size, swallow easily. Packaging: cardboard box and plastic jar with a protective membrane. Photos are attached. In my opinion, the package is too big for only 30 capsules. But the packaging is probably standard from Natural Factors. Benfotiamine normalizes carbohydrate, fat and amino acid metabolism, helps normalize the function of the nervous system and muscle function, including heart muscle, fills the deficiency of vitamin B1. Why do I choose B1 in the form of benfotiamine? Benfotiamine is more effective than thiamine, it allows you to quickly create a high concentration of vitamin B1 in your body. It's more effective than thiamine in protecting nerves and nerve sheaths, normalizing the functioning of the nervous system. Be healthy and active always!

Sadly this product is no longer available in my region (Europe). Loved the Natural Factors quality. The two main ingredients, Befotiamine and Sulbutiamine are fat soluble versions of B1. Where I am I can buy Sulbutiamine as a drug, which is why it is probably off limits now. Not an iHerb problem, an EU problem. No access to the benefits of a supplements, needs to be reserved for the pharma industry. No better health for you, dear citizen. The pharma products a very expensive and have all sort of stuff I don't want. I want this supplement, and can no longer get it.

Can’t live without them! Literally the only type of B Complex vitamins that I can take.. all other types and brands make me nauseous, gaggy, or sick to my stomach. (With the exception of Some sublingual type) I take these for stress and brain fog . Recommended dose is 1 capsule, I take 2 when life is Abnormally stressful. These B vitamins are already broken down, ‘co-enzymated’ To be used by the body for hundreds of functions, if one can’t break down B vitamins, they can’t be used by the body. I find these highly effective!

This combo is surprisingly effective. I take it for brain fog and glucose metabolism. The ingredients — benfotiamine and sulbutiamine — are bioavailable forms of vitamin B1. The quality is solid, with no additives or weird smells. I take one capsule early in the day (dosage). Benefits include clearer thinking and steadier blood sugar. No taste, as it’s a veggie capsule.

Natural Factors is a reliable brand. Be careful with Benfotiamine however as it is very potent and you should go very slowly, starting with a lower dose first. I had to revert to ordinary Thiamine (B1), gradually building up dose from 25mg onwards.....due to side effects (nausea, vertigo). Some people cannot tolerate Benfotiamine that well.

Quality of ingredients are high. Size of the capsule is comparable to swallow. The dosage is one capule per day. Benefit for nails,skin. Taste is mild. Can see positive changes after two weeks of usage. Reccomended to try. Very high quality product. Preferably after food. This brand always has high quality.

The benefit I noticed (and could measure) was that when I play solitaire, I solve the puzzles 30 seconds faster. I stopped taking the B1 for a while to save money, but when I started again the change in my cloudy thinking (and the return of the 30 second difference) proved to me that this part of my budget stays fixed.

I ordered this by mistake, thought it was the fabulous B12 I had last time. But B1 is Thiamine, just as important for B1 (thiamine) deficiency and the nerve damage (neuropathy) associated with conditions like diabetes and alcohol use disorder. So I'll take it for it's benefits.

This Benfotiamine supplement has made a noticeable improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. I like that it’s gentle on my stomach and easy to take daily. I trust Natural Factors products because they’re consistently high quality, great ingredients and this one didn’t disappoint. Pills are small in size, easy to take and no after taste. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for effective B1 support! My only complaint is that they get sold out fairly quickly and it takes a while to get restock.
