This new formula does not taste good at all to me. Very Very Very Tarte like sour old grapefruit or something. .. left bad taste in my mouth. Yuck! Very disapponted. I absolutely loved the old formula. I didnt realize they switched to Argal oil from regular Omegas ..something is giving me a headache . So ... I might try taking this new formula once again in a couple of days with food. See if I can tolerate it.so far Ive taken two days in a row. I used to just take the old formula with a big glass of water in the am .... .. the old ones were perfect and made me feel great. I tried that with these and they made me feel sick amd cant get rid of the sour assault on my senses. I rarely give negative review but these are Yuck .

These taste great, but my main reason for purchasing is that it is a methylated formula. A lot of people don't get the benefit from their vitamins because they cannot process the folate and B 12 that ordinary vitamins (read cheap ingredients) use, so look for a formula with methyl folate and methylcobalamin. Smarty Pants vitamins have this as well as vitamin K 2 which is very important for cardiac health.

After comparing several well known brands, Smarty Pants seemed to have more of what I need for my age. Once over 50, nutrients required do change and I am grateful for this formula!
