This is my first time trying these vitamins, and this brand in general. The prices are a bit low, especially on sale, and the ingredients are good. I'll update my review after I've been taking them for a month.
This is a really all inclusive basic multivitamin with a lot of the extra ingredients I’m looking for at a very reasonable price. Take a look at the ingredients and you will see what I mean. Synergy brand always high quality.
A nutritionist recommended that I take Vitacost Synergy Once Daily, but I will take this one instead when that vitamin is out of stock - I usually only take one pill instead of the recommended 2.
This Vitacost brand vitamin is ok, I miss the synergy 3000 multivitamin
This is an unusual multivitamin with lots of other helpful ingredients besides vitamins and minerals.
These vitamins energize me throughout the day. I have been using them for several years and highly recommend them.
This multivitamin seems to have the highest potency levels for the widest range of supplements.
These are a great vitamin/mineral for a 2 a day capsule at this price! I take many other supplements along side these, but like to take these for other needs I'm not aware of. So glad that now iHerb makes these available!
